I got this item some years ago, software now doesn't work on win. When in use; the nav got lost several times, voice comands stutter and come too late, it doubles the distance to turn offs when it does correctly identify where we are. It's very slow to start up from cold, in a city it loses signal all too often and can't be directed by inserting a postcode.

However, it does come with lots of acc's, a car charger, sd card, car mount, hand held cover. I'm now researching an alternative. (but i am going to keep it in the glove box for entertainment value, who ever heard of a sat nav that stutters).
