I have contacted them but they ask me to download part of the europe map to replace my full europe map that i paid for by subscription.
I feel that i have been ripped off. None of their "zone maps" cover all the countries i need and you cannot download a map until you have space and you cannot remove the map because you must have a map in the memory?. Confused?. I was and so i have to continue with an old version of the map and i am unable to update it. My option of course is to buy a new tomtom with a bigger memory.
